Video doesn't load until after quitting the app and relaunching

Anyone else experience the issue of after receiving the notification of a new video, tap the notification and the video screen opens with the Blink logo but the video never loads? Quitting the app and relaunching it allows the video to load successfully. I use iOS.

I've reported several issues/requests to Blink in the past but haven't reported this one yet.
